The Cyclamineus cultivars retain obvious characteristics of N. cyclamineus, the dominant parent of this hybrid group. The Cyclamineus cultivars usually have just one flower to a stem; perianth segments that are strongly reflexed; flowers that are borne at an acute angle to the stem on very short pedicels; and a long cylindrical corona with serrated edges. Division 6 cultivars are hardy in zones 6-9, and usually bloom early in the local daffodil season.
