Bank of America's Catch 22

For more than three years I have worked diligently to keep up payments on three credit card accounts at Bank of America. Tens of thousands of dollars were repaid. One of the accounts fell behind and then what happened was - well, watch the video and see me try to (unsuccessfully) find out how to prevent the other two from the same fate should my financial situation become even more precarious.

Many family caregivers have the responsibility of managing the patient's financial affairs. I have a difficult enough time managing my own affairs and I can attest that it is very easy to make disastrous errors when you're overloaded, exhausted, anxious and freaked. But it's one of the most important hat's that you must wear so it worthwhile to give it the time. ~Jack

If you are not receiving satisfaction from the customer service representatives at your bank, try escalating your complaint up the chain of command. The website Consumerist.com publishes the contact information of executives at many U.S. banks and credit card companies. http://consumerist.com/259194/reach-bank-of-america-executive-customer-relations
